Where are these products made?
Each of our environmentally friendly, American made plastics are produced right in our hometown of Wheeling, Illinois.
What is the California Prop 65 law?
California’s Proposition (Prop) 65 law is the highest standard in the country when it comes to the use of non-toxic chemicals when creating common household products and chemicals in manufacturing or construction. We follow the guidelines enforced by Prop 65 to produce the safest and most environmentally friendly plastic solutions for our customers.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Generally, shipping times can vary but average between 3-7 days. If you have not received your plastic products in that time, please contact support@resiliabrands.com with your order number, and we'll work to make it right. All shipping to the contiguous United States is included in the price of each item, and handled by UPS Ground.
What is your refund policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@resiliabrands.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

What if my order is damaged upon arrival?
Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. That way we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
When can I expect to receive my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
